This ratio [ goals : shots on target ] is the #1 way that the CPU cheats me. Check out this box score:

SWA (me - 3.5 stars) vs. WIG (CPU - 3.5 stars)

Goals: 4 / 7
Shots: 32 / 12
SoT: 22 / 9
Poss: 49 / 51

This is on All-Manual / 15min half / WorldClass

Two of my goals were headers from corner kicks.

The CPU scored 7 goals from only 9 shots on target. How is this possible?

4/22 = 18% ... 7/9 = 78%

Seriously? Wigan score on 78% of their shots against Michel Vorm?

I have CPU shot error at 55 and HUM GK ability at 46.

I had 22(!) shots on target ... only 4 goals?

I have HUM shot error at 33 and CPU GK ability at 44.

So many of the CPU shots are so easy for them ... my defenders cannot keep up with the CPU attackers, there is always someone open for their through balls ... but 78% (for Wigan!) is just not fair.

This happens every time ... can anyone get a fair match against the CPU?

Yes. Raising the CPU shot error slider fixes all that.

I'm new to FIFA this year, but I have been tracking BPL stats this season, in real life, and have tried to tune my sliders to reach those averages.

In the last 51 matches (real world) the following are the averages per match: 2.92 goals, 9.33 shots on target, 28.59 shots.

That means that 32.65% of those shots have been on target, and 31.30% of the shots on target result in goals.

That is how I'm gauging my sliders. I'm trying to get close, on average, to those averages.

I don't know if that helps you, but it has given me some targets.

FWIW, in only play on Pro (like I said, I'm new) with 15-minute halves.
