FIFA 13: Will rosters be up to date?

I was wondering (and could not find) how up-to-date the rosters will be upon FIFA 13's release? Specifically, will they reflect moves through the transfer deadline that ended yesterday (Aug. 31)? I would appreciate someone sharing the answer--thanks!

While there might be some players missing here and there, all moves that were made should be reflected.
