Noise in the background

Have anybody else heard this extremely annoying "sliding" noise in the background when playing?

I believe that's the cursor moving sound effect. I noticed it but unless it's happening for no reason without provocation, i believe it's just tied to navigating the menus and is probably not going anywhere. I don't care for it much myself, i'm the type who hates keyboard sounds on my iPhone and all that nonsense...I don't need audio feedback to let me know i've pushed the stick up or down on my controller.
