My "lets make career better" experiment

I actually thought about adding Liga MX to La Liga and because I already have ascenso mx teams created, add to Segundo Division. But to lazy.

I think it'll take less time to swap leagues around than it did to create all of the ascenso MX teams lol

I ended this experiment a few months back. Got bored of it. By season 3 I hated the outcome of a Liga MX/MLS teams playing in the French division. So I started a new one and placed Liga MX in the Dutch league, and the MLS in the Portuguese league. I also replaced other leagues that qualify for Europe with Brazilian league and Argentina teams. Eventually I got bored of this as well. I never played any other team from the America's in a Europe tournament. At first it was fun winning the CL and playing against big European names, but I hated what I had created lol now I'm back with just playing Liga MX the way it's supposed to be

The moral of this story: PLEASE EA, give us at least some kind of fake Champions League in North America, even if it doesn't have the CONCACAF name.

Additionally, playing the U.S. Open Cup is also lame when you're only using MLS teams.

Tell me about it. I wish they'd at least toss some generic teams in there to make it at least a bit better.

Exactly. I'm not a man of different jerseys, so I never use a European team in career mode. I heard PES has more depth with the Concacaf and Conmebol teams, but I like FIFA lol

The problem is there are no Central American or Caribbean clubs in the game, so it would just be Liga MX and MLS teams, but I guess that's better than nothing.

I did a customized career mode in last years FIFA. What I did was whoever qualified for Champions League or basically won their League I placed in a "Champions Premiership League" then whoever finished 2nd-5th I put in the Championship Division". Altogether it was a load of fun the one thing it did was stop these power house teams from buying some powerhouse players/superstars. I may do it again for FIFA 13 since I'm having a boring time playing in La Liga and the traditional Premier League. Let me know what you think.
