Do you need to beat the team of the week in order to obtain them in packs?
Couldn't find an answer and it happy hour right now.

im not so sure but the only time i got a player of the week was when i beat them and picked up a pack right after. was it blind luck who knows but supposedly you have a chance at them without beating the team.

You do not have to beat the team of the week to get them in packs. I have never played against the team of the week but have gotten several of those players.
