Would you consider a World Cup League?

Here's the deal I'm thinking about swapping players onto teams with their national clubs just only thing is they will be either in the EPL or LA LIGA. I was thinking about doing the EPL and NPOWER Championship however a relegation World Cup wouldn't be ideal to me. I also thought why not split them up into a couple countries but only ones that qualify for Champions League. Here's the list of countries I'm doing and as you will notice I have a couple of B teams because of how much talent some countries have.

Personally, I would shoot for swapping them into leagues like Netherlands and Portugal in order to avoid relegation. Another thing: your experiment won't last very long trust me. The reason is Transfer periods. You're gonna spend hours putting all the Spanish players in one team and within the first transfer window some will leave and players with different nationalities will join the team which will ruin it.
