FIFA Online Seasons

A few buddies and I got tired of NCAA Football and were looking for another game to enjoy online since we are all spread out throughout the country.

I did some research on FIFA 14 and it says there are seasons and co-op seasons. The co-op seasons doesnt sound like what we are looking for, but I couldn't find much on just the regular online seasons.

How does it work? Is it in depth like the Maddens, NCAAs, 2K? Do you control your entire team for multiple years (playing, transfers, etc)? Can each player be teams in different leagues?

I haven't played in a couple years, but with my friends getting into socccer this seems like a go to thing for us to enjoy. Any help would be appreciated.

if you're looking to something similar to Online Dynasty (IMO the greatest invention in the history of sports video games), then no, I don't think FIFA offers that. It's a damn shame, but it's also a much more complicated feat in FIFA than in NCAA/Madden.
