PS3 Community Rosters - PS3

So I am a little confused. I downloaded ballinrabbit's 2011v7 and when I downloaded it, it seemed to have downloaded correctly. But for some reason when I try to apply it or try to load it from the save I made with it, all the players are just reverted back to the default roster. do I need to change something in my settings cause I'm really confused.

Having that exact problem and it is driving me nuts. How do you actually apply these rosters? I am getting nothing but standard numbers.

I just downloaded everything like they said but instead of telling it to apply the rosters, I told it not to and just saved the file. I backed all the way out to the main screen and then went to the load roster tab and it worked. I have no idea how it didnt work the first couple times I tried it but it eventually worked.

...I don't have online access, is there anyone who has the named rosters for ncaa basketball 10 PS3 in rar file (which I can download and upload via usb)?
