So you want me to take it then? If he is done in the next 30 to 40 minutes with the conference he is working on now i can probably do 2 conferences.

It'd be quicker for him to do it, probably, so he can.

For future reference, the transfer process is pretty easy though.
-Create a folder on a USB flash drive called PS3. Inside that folder, create a folder called SAVEDATA.
-Plug a USB flash drive into your PS3
-Go to Save Data Utility and find the roster. Press Triangle. Press Copy.
-Plug the flash drive into your computer. Go to the SAVEDATA folder. There should be folder there with random numbers and letters for the name. Right click that, hover over Send To and make a .zip file out of it.
-Click Post Reply in the thread, click Manage Attachments and attach the .zip file. Done.

Just out of curiosity is there something that is used to base player ratings off of? Not sure if you plan on messing with that stuff after the rosters are done, but figured I would ask since I would like to know.

NOBODY should be editing ratings. You can do that individually, but don't mess with the community rosters. Ratings editing will be done way done the road, but no one should be edited, not matter how bad their rating is.

yeah i know that we are just inputting names. Like I said I was just asking out of curiosity where the best place to get accurate ratings for players for my own use.
