This is a thread I began to ask what people were doing to update the game and then became a discussion about what some of us are doing to update the game individually. You don't see any files because there aren't any. This isn't a thread about a specific roster file nor does it claim to be. As I said, all the files any of us are working from are in the rosters thread. Look at what's there, pick the latest one you find that is useful and update that however you like. There is no publically posted, as of right now, 'file that's being worked on'. Feel free to start one if you like.
