There isn't a tab for navigating Classic Teams like there is for conference teams; you'll see them by navigating through the NCAA tab.

Ratings for classic teams are from EA; the teams were just hidden on the disc. I came up with ratings for the 1998 and 2009 North Carolina teams on the alternate roster by using the ratings of suitable counterparts already in the game as a base (ie 1998 Antawn Jamison is rated comparable to 1982 James Worthy).
