I really like how they upgraded offline HUT in 18. So many options now than just the boring offline seasons mode they had for years. It's just as good as Madden offline UT now with NHL 18. I also like for the beginning rookie challenges they're only 2 min long periods so you don't have to waste your time waiting for the game to end while you're up 10 goals.

I'm happy they listened to us offline gamers for once.

Yeah but the higher level challenges will be tough with only 2 minutes and you have to have 25 plus shots and a certain number of blocked shots. Not a complaint at all, just a fact.

I'm looking forward to the offline hut. I don't mind the grind and you can really earn some substantial coins and players playing it. Kudos to EA for giving us some offline stuff and ways to make coins

Agreed so far....i haven't played many challenges yet and also like the shorter 2 min periods on rookies.

I am pretty sure the periods go back to 4 or 5 mins for the higher challenges.

I am likely going to be playing a ton of offline HUT this year with some online mixed in.

Agreed, solid upgrade. I have 3 games left in the NHL challenge. Hawks/Pens/Caps!

I've earned some solid players from the packs earned so far from this mode.

Beat the last three teams in the NHL challenge this evening. Had some fun going through the last 8-10 teams.

Can't wait to get going on these other challenges.

some of the challanges are getting super hard but i love it. I say to myself this is the last game I'm playing but I try like 10 more times.

Hope they can add more thru the season. It would suck if these were the only ones. They're a lot, but once you finish i hope they add more.

Cool! I see a original 6 offline challange tonight. It's a timed challenge so itll go away after the allotted time but good to see they are making new challenges thru the year.
