No Roster Vault/ Sharing again in NHL 12?

agreed.

although the fact that xbox 360 owners have a file sharing feature and ps3 owners no longer do tells me this has less to do with ea sports and more to do with SONY. Remember all of the hacking, etc that has plagued the Sony servers. Sony likely requested for EA Sports to put an end to file sharing for the PS3 version. I can't prove anything of this, but that's my theory.

In any event, I'm pretty ticked off. I got a PS3 instead of an XBox 360 because of the online community and now I'm being punished for it.

EA Sports, bring back the EA Locker so that we can share rosters!!!

Hi guys thanks for the kind words regarding my rosters. I was extremely disappointed last year. I remember preparing all summer long and looking through scouting reports to gather data for last years game. Got the game made the rosters only to find out with my team that we couldn't share.
Tell you the truth I stopped playing the game all together after spending two months trying to find a workaround.
MLB the show is extemely successful and has a huge online roster community. It brings realism, extra excitement, and community made rosters with classic teams brings back childhood memories.

The NHL ea team needs to see this and take advantage. Man I d pay a small team to be able to share or download others rosters.

Please bring it back

To be honest if I remember correctly it wasn't EA, it was Sony that enforced the new encryption so people couldn't cheat on their trophies or something (which doesn't even seem like a big deal to me, not like you get anything special for the PS3 trophies)

I think it has to do with the trophies, they didn't want that you claim a throphy you didn't accomplished. The could do a EA Locker.

bottom line is i enjoyed this title far more with mattg's work and for an overcontrolling developer to allow it for one system and not the other cheezes me off.

EA was promising player rating flucuations as the season went on, we didn't get a sniff of that till the second to last update of the season. that coupled with that contract thing in th AHL and incorrect line combo's made last years roster downright laughable
