Well said MK, to be honest I try to stay away from forums these days as I get so frustrated with people falling out over something so minuscule. Unfortunately not everyone has the time to edit rosters or create sliders but I very much appreciate the effort that those individuals put into creating these for others to enjoy.

What really annoys me is when people start posting their own tweaks for sliders on the same thread or criticizing other peoples rosters. I can see why people get upset about somebody downloading your hard work and trying to pass it off as their own but it happens and there isn't anything that can be done about those individuals. It makes me sad that some people forget that we are supposed to be a community and that we all come here because we have a passion for sports games.

Life is hard enough as it is without arguing over a computer game. Take a deep breath and relax.

The reality is that if you post your work in a public forum, and it's not copyrighted, then your work is fair game for anyone to do what they want with it. If you don't want someone using your work then you shouldn't post it in a public forum.

It is the Internet...people are going to copy what you do and try to use it as their own. It sucks, but it kind of goes with the territory. It's not like theres some kind of copyright on roster transactions.

Alright, so I found them in the wild and downloaded them tonight, but after doing so and loading them up, I didnt notice any changes. No Carlo Colaiacovo on the Red Wings and I couldnt even find him on the Blues or in the FA list. Did he have a created Tarasenko on the Blues also? Just checking to see if I had the right ones.

Did I miss something here or do something wrong? This isnt my first time DL'ing rosters and transferring them, so I didnt think that was the issue.

Anyone?

Roster information is found on the Internet. Writing a guide is basically using someone else's roster transaction info and putting it into a spreadsheet. I appreciate the work involved, but you didn't invent cold fusion and post the formula on the Internet. You're kind of being high and mighty about this.
