HUT Discussion Thread

Thought it would be cool to have everyone talk about what players they are getting, and in what packs. Plus how they are liking the mode and such...

Of course I won't have the game until Tuesday, but it'd be cool to hear how everyone's teams progress from chumps to champs.

Well having the game early has prepared me a lot for this mode.

Changing your cards and managing your players is a huge task...

I got Cam Ward today!! I also loaded him with ALL+3 training and a 35 game contract. He should hold me down against everyone when the game comes out.

The store and auctions are also getting busy. Its gonna be insane in the store/auction house once everyone is online Tuesday. I cant wait to do some noob spanking. LoL

What pack did you pull Cam Ward from? Also same with +3 all and 35 game contract?

Just had a quick questions, not sure if anyone can answer this but is Wayne Gretzky actually in HUT?

I saw another post saying there was a thread on the Xbox forums about it. Not sure if anyone can confirm, but its worth a shot :P.

Can't see why he would be. It's all current players.

My team is pretty weak. Todd Fedouruk is my 'best' player and Ladislav Smid is my best defender. My Goalie is 62 rated.

I haven't played all that much because I don't want to invest if EA is going to reset the servers on Monday night.

Is no one who has the game doing HUT? Is the server reset going to happen? If someone is please throw some knowledge on the rest of us who dont have the game.

I for one havent started playing HUT yet, because there has been talk of servers getting reset tonight so I don't want to lose any good player due to that.

I wouldn't think you'd lose any players. If I do, I'll be sort of peeved, since I have bought many Jumbo Packs. Unless I get refunded my pucks, of course. I have Parise on my front line.
