How many 82 game seasons hqve you finished

probably about 6 or 7, I haven't finished one on nhl 10 or nhl 11 (yet) though, not sure why.

In NHL 94 I played 4 teams in season mode. 1 Team per Division. I played every week a different team. So I didn't get bored. I played season mode like with all teams, so i new all teams almost inside out.

Now in my BeaGM i play only 12 games with the Habs. Against Ottawa and Toronto the Home games and Buffalo and Boston the Road Games, the rest I sim.

I really hope the improve Sim Engine.

On NHL 10 I finished 4seasons with the Kings.

Two with a created team (Victoria Blizzards).

Ran it like an expansion team taking bottom of the roster guys from the other teams. Got a few gems (Stalberg, Anisimov, and Rask developed well) but finished 10th in the Western conference.

Then hit the market for year two and got Seabrook, Parise, and Niemi. Picked up Langenbrunner and Niedermayer too who did great on the fourth line. Traded Niemi for Vanek and got Dubnyk off of waivers. Dubnyk and Rask were a good one two punch and my line of Vanek, Parise, and Lombardi (got in a trade in year one) was awesome with everyone over 30 goals. Took the team to the finals and won the cup.

I'll probably do the same next year if I pick up 12 and don't just continue to year 3 in 11. It kind of forces you to play two seasons since you know season one is already lost with a scrub team.

I have a family and a demanding job so it was difficult to fit both into the last 7 months or so but did it without simming which was a first for as long as i can remember.
