How do we put all of these faces into the game? That's probably a stupid question, but I don't get it.

You have to use NHLView, and change the HeadIDs.

Can anybody explain yo me how to use nhlview. I download the file nod that's it. I have no idea what I am doing and there is no tutorial.

you need a tool like Horizon MB (https://www.horizonmb.com/) that can convert the save on a USB drive to a save on your pc. Then nhlviewNG can access that save
