Can't get play now game to start NHL 15

Is anyone else not able to start a play now game in the EA Access early release? I'm fully downloaded, it just sits at the loading screen. I'm about ready to throw my xbox one in the trash and tell EA to go take a hike with everything that's missing and the fact that I can't even get the game to work!!!
