Don't extract any bigs inside subfolders (let them as it is), only main big files in game root folder. You need to extract only nocacherender.big and cahcherender.big to use these uniforms.

I did exactly that with NHL 11, as you can see. For what I am working on, the modifying of cyberfaces, player pictures and the databases is required. The first image is my NHL 11 directory. The second image shows what happens when I try to run any post-NHL 10 game on extracted files.

Those files which are shown in the log are missing or corrupted. Do you got any errors during quickbms extracting? Try to move big files separately back in the game folder and when rpscs don’t give an error you will find out the big file which extracted files has problems.

I’m not talking about the red errors, I’m talking bout the pink one.

I got zero errors extracting them one by one.

Raupe. Not sure if this is an offside request, but would you consider releasing a working template of your adizero uniform?

I use creation center normal map (nm) texture as a template to create a jersey. Insert logo normal map on template and now you have a texture which shows bumped shapes. Then colorize jersey color map (cm) to fit normal map texture.

Here is original creation center and Adidas uniforms gnf files from NHL 18.
Use latest version of Noesis to convert it.

How to convert gnf to rx2/rpsgl:
(Latest version of Noesis support gnf normal maps)

To view your jersey use scene viewer for Noesis.

What does "sm" in the jersey texture names stand for? Asking because I am replacing the Centennial Montreal Canadiens in NHL 09 with a fictitious team.

Based on what the sm textures look like, I assume it stands for "seam map".

Specular map:

cm = color map
nm = normal map
am = ambient occlusion map
sm = specular map
dm = diffuse map

Okay.

I still don't get it. How would I edit the specular map to match the colour map that I make? Not only that, buthow would I make a normal map for the custom jersey? Attached is the example jersey; the color map is already done, but the specular and normal maps remain the same because I'm not sure how they should be edited?
