v1.3 is up... It doesn't have today's re-signing of Swayman, but it wasn't worth putting out a v1.4 for this one signing...

All of the top 50 2025 draft prospects are in. Some have been placed overseas, some left as free agents, and players who have been currently drafted but are still playing in the NCAA have been placed on AHL rosters.

My roster update is for those that want a good two-year franchise (full season, plus 2025 draft and season). For longer franchises, I recommend holding off for StlGamers rosters. They are always deep, complete and accurate; as good as they come and worth the wait!!!

Remember, guys like StlGamer and I take the time to add detail, not just throwing out a player with a name and some ratings. We try to add detail to the faces, the equipment, birthdates, hometowns and ratings based on their playing styles and stats in their current leagues. We do it because we want to save you time and give you a good experience for franchise mode...

There are some that claim to be the most downloaded, well there is an easy hack to inflate these numbers; once you download theirs, you will realize they spend little time getting the rosters right. I put "easter eggs" that don't affect the game in mine which helps to identify stolen rosters being passed off as their own...

I have also not moved recently waived players to their AHL teams. The reason... Once you start a Franchise, the teams are going to move the players to the AHL or have some call ups to the NHL roster... The players are designated to their respected teams, whether that be NHL or AHL. I have moved players who have been sent back to their junior teams as I get the transaction reports.

I have a new roster to drop, but waiting for Opening night as of now to see what other signings and moves are made between now and opening night. It will have the most recent transactions from today moving forward. Still a lot of pieces to move at this point. v1.3 is detailed as of 11:59 PM 10/5/24. If you download this, you will need to extend Swayman and Hoglander and make the trade between the Avs and Canucks.

I used V1.2 for a franchise I started but still in the preseason. Should I start over with V1.3?

Also a couple jersey number updates from the Ducks roster Dumoulin is #6 and Lacombe is #2.

Thanks for the number changes, I will make sure these are included in 1.4... You also asked if it was worth it to just restart with 1.3 since you already have a franchise with 1.2, 1.3 didn't see a huge change, though it did add Seamus Casey, a few contracts. and moving several players back to their junior clubs.. Also, 1.3 had several player edits completed, most to durability (due to preseason injuries). It was a good update as I took hours researching players injuries to begin the year... 1.4 will have quite a bit new added, including several new prospects, some AHL players that were not in the game due to being on an NCAA club last year, and all the moves, signings and extensions made from 10/6 until opening night...
