So, based on further thought and some more number crunching, I have found a middleground between making sure players have seperation and clearly defined roles, strengths and weaknesses, while working the OVRs a bit closer to EA's system.

The minimum for an NHL-ready player will be around 80 to help with trade logic and salaries. I am currently testing.
