I've found a really good setting for certain penalty setting

CPU Penalties: 27
CPU Teammate: Penalties: 27

Trippping: CPU: 6 / Human: 6

Post Whistle Rules: Relaxed

penalties: 3

fighting: 2 (Maxed)

Penalty Time Scaling: 5
Coincindental Penalty time scale: 5

I've finally had fewer tripping penalties

about reasonable amount of 2-4,sometimes: 2-3.

Updated goalie sliders again, this time with 10 minutes, alot of stuff, I will also update them tomorrow after patch comes out, probably roster update.
