Has nothing to do with the volume. The volume is fine. It's the fact that half the horn is missing.

If anyone saw that intro video above you can see what I'm talking about. It is too noisy. I understand your realism approach but I think the EA NHL approach is the way to go because the extra crowd filter doesn't fit well EA's reverb system. The EA engine specifically has a job to do and that is to add reverb to your sound files. Unfortunately it makes the crowd louder than the actual song. That's what I am trying to say. EA's reverb is making the crowd louder than the actual song/horn. Also, isn't one crowd noise enough? The game has it's own crowd. Of course some will have crowd sound because that's the only sample of it, it is unique, but maybe try to use a good audio program to lessen it drastically so we could hear the music/horn instead of the crowd filter.

It depends on your personal taste actually but I like the EA NHL sound better because I like loud, clarity and echoing sound rather than a bunch of loud echoes and noisy chants.
