Does the puck still stick to the players after passes or is it more realistic where they won't automatically hang on to the puck no matter how hard the pass was?

Is there a way to improve scouting? It says your accuracy on scouting reports is based on your teams scouting rating. What happens if your team has a bad rating? can you not upgrade like in the past?

I know in Be a GM mode we can no longer play our AHL team affiliates nor do the players in the minors receive any stats but do they still improve at seasons end?

For example, should i decide to leave Johnny Gaudreau in the AHL in my first season of Be a GM, will his rating rise for the following season? Thanks in advance for the help.
