I love all the changes implemented in NHL16 but

Human goalie quitter without any penalty is still not address. Team will queue with a human goalie and have him/her quite as soon as they lose. This was a rampant method in higher division game in NHL14. AI goalie are still far superior than human goalie and that needs to change. There is a need to have an incentive for having a human goalie and a penalty for team whose human goalie quit in a the middle of a game.

I see a few things that I can address it :
1. If you queue up with a human goalie and he quits, force one of the forward to play human goalie or the Ai goalie replacing the human player needs to be Rookie level.
2. Have a separate leaderboard/division for teams that play with human goalie
3. Makes human goalie superior to AI goalie.
