In EASHL I can't get the aggressive face off to work on the top left face off circles. They work at all other dots

Anyone else get that'll

Yep, I noticed that last night as well. It wasn't that way in the PS4 Beta or in the Xbox One Early Access version.

But for some reason, the left faceoff in the offensive zone is bugged in the final release of NHL 16 on Xbox One.
