Be a GM (Fla Panthers) POTENTIALS suggestions needed!

Hi guys!

I'm starting a new Be A GM career with Fla Panthers, again, because I feel like the potentials don't really reflect to real life. For instance Vincent Trocheck is a top 9 med potential, but in real life he is our top 5 player.

Not to mention that he won't develop, even if you play him well. Same for Petrovic, who won't develop anywhere from 7thd high potential with 79 overall.

So, I was thinking if this was more accurate (correct me if you disagree):

Vincent Trocheck - 83 - High top 6f
Alex Petrovic - 79 - High top 6d
Logan Shaw - 76 - Med bottom 6f
Quinton Howden - 78 - Low top 9f
Corban Knight - 77 - Med Bottom 6f

Also I've noticed that Kulikov and Bjugstad won't develop either, but I think their potentials are correct... just sad to see you can't develop these guys. Also I've had a Corban Knight even at med top 9, but he won't develop either...

Yeah. I tried to fix the potentials, but the game just throws random potentials despite of editing them.
