Whats the bug?: Some sliders reset to default on their own

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?: Be a Pro

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? When I use custom sliders, and when I go to play the game, sliders for goalies, penalties, and checking revert back to default setting (viewed in the pregame overview and in-game pause menu)

But when I go to the BAP menu and look at the sliders, it shows the custom slider settings I put in there.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Every game

Summarize your bug In be a pro season playing as center. My teams goalies are not getting all the wins and losses counted so far this season. One has played over 20 games and shows 25 GP but has only 9-2-0 record and has never been pulled. The other one also has on 7-1-0 record but has played 10 games. This was also an issue in 15 and 16. I played all games no simulation.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play Be a Pro mode as skater, play 20 games or so, don't simulate games just simulate when you are not on the site.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Be a Pro teams Goalie wins, losses and SOL stats are not recording for every game. It does seem to count goals against and minutes played correctly though as well as save percentage. Just randomly does not record wins and losses.
What do you expect to see? Correct goalie stats for my teams goalies.

I just beat the flyers 5-4 the "activity feed" in franchise mode says 'wayne Simmonds with a hatrick as the flyers beat the penguins 4-5'

Whats the bug? Laggy game with frame-rate issues.
Play is very laggy and there are bad frame-rate issues while playing. It is sometimes worse than other times, and only started occurring Nov 6th. Instant replays are terrible as well and it appears like I am only seeing about one frame out of 5. While playing the lagginess is so terrible that the game often doesn't recognize my controller presses. For instance now it often requires a couple or three clicks of the right trigger to initiate a pass.
The game is unplayable in its current state.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Offline Season mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?:
It just started happening this past Sunday. We first noticed it at the beginning of the match when it displays one person from each team standing side by side. The movements of both players was very choppy. Another symptom is that the back and front of the players jersey's keep jumping up and down. From that point forward these problems persist in every game (some games being slightly worse than others). I've tried rebooting the XBox, but that didn't help at all.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far.:
It happens during every single game now.

Mode: Season, play now, franchise
Gameplay issue: during faceoffs, if players are tied up, no one can pickup the puck and they just keep fumbling it off their sticks until the whistle blows.

This happens on EVERY faceoff if the centres are tied up. Very, very, very annoying. Only noticed this since the last patch.

Get this fixed asap , this has ruined the game.

Whats the bug?: Tripped a guy on a breakaway from 15 feet away. Maybe Johnny Boychuk is a Jedi defenseman.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in?: Offline Franchise

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? On a power play, I gave up a breakaway, and even though I was 20 feet away, out of desperation I dove to prevent the other player from coming back to the right.

How often has the bug been reproduced? Just once.

Whats the bug? Bug or oversight, I'm thinking oversight, but like last year, the captain and alternate captain C and A are not on the Tampa Bay Lightning third jersey.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Every mode where the TBL third jersey is selected

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Use the TBL third jersey and look for your captains.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. Every time the TBL third jersey is selected.

Don't know if this is a bug per se but here goes.

Platform: Ps4

What's the bug: No trades in franchise mode. There is no computer to computer trades. Or at least they are not showing in the activity feeds. Also I'm not offered any trades no matter who I put on the block. There were some trades on the first year if I remember correctly but after that nothing. I relocated after the first year so I don't know if that has something to do with it.
