Relocating a Team question

I would like to have a team moved to another city. I know I can just create a team, get the rosters of the team I want to manage and assign them to a city. But what I am planning is to manage a team, then during the FM relocate it to another city. Question is, after I moved the team to another city, will I be given a chance to name the team, have their uniforms changed (use the logo/uniform of my Created Team)?
