I looking for a team thats in rebuild mode. A team that is years away from contending but fun to use. Also i will be playing with default rosters.

Arizona isn't a bad team to rebuild with. They have a lot of prospects in their system and on the main roster. They also have some older players that can be used as trade bait.

I don't watch Hockey but whenever I do watch a little. It seems like the Coyotes are always rebuilding

It's been a while since we could say this, but the Red Wings are in rebuild mode. If you want to take over a team that will be a challenge, being saddled with some bad, bad contracts, and stuck with middling forwards for years to come, but also has a deep history including a lot of recent success.

detroit isn't really that hard to rebuild... you can easily deal zetterberg/kronwall and get 2 1sts... so you could have 3 1st rounders in first draft and already be pretty established in the rebuild

If true, it might make it a fun and quick rebuild. I don't think it's that easy to flip those guys though. They have huge and long contracts, and are hard to deal to others.

i mean if you try to make realistic trades (as i do) its more difficult... but all you have to do is find a team with cap space (Arz, Car, Ott) and grab their 1st and either lower picks or a prospect
