I would like to see a improvment in a fight engine, dont have fight in game at leats in cpu vs cpu in nhl 18 , this is a game about NHL, have fights yet in game, not olympic games.

Making a game look and feel great is super important to the immersion but that all wears off if the gameplay is bad. Regardless of how good the skating is if human players can still exploit years old glitches, terrible goalie movement, and horrid CPU AI or you can still lose simply because your teammate AI just wanders aimlessly and skates into you then that’s not fun and hardcore hockey fans will still hate the game. Here’s to hoping....and I’m dying to see some in action play.

they really need to grab my attention this year. i got bored with 18 really fast. if 19 is nothing more than a skating update, then i'm done. i'll have plenty of other stuff to occupy my time. they need to refine the game for simulation purposes. roster sharing.

i'm not into the money making modes they push. i'm a sim gamer who loves season or franchise mode, and strictly plays against the cpu. i'm the guy EA doesn't care about anymore.....

Or are we just the group that EA does not cater to anymore because making an actual good NHL game demands WORK and not just fiddling around.



Im happy they updated the skating, but this means nothing if this does not extend to goalies, and to how defense works. Adding better skating and leaving the rest of the model untouched is not going to work.
