I preordered NHL 21 on amazon but am not able to download Rewind from the store.

Was this only available for digital pre orders from the PS Store?

If you bought a physical copy of the game or from a different retailer than Sony or Microsoft, you’ll still need to redeem your pre-order code to get access to NHL 94 Rewind using the above steps.

Thanks Steve. I do not believe I received a pre-order code from Amazon. Anyone else have/ had this problem before?

I also pre-ordered NHL 21 Standard Edition from Amazon. I did not receive a code either. This was the first time I pre-ordered a game from somewhere other than GameStop....

It's disappointing. I contacted Amazon, PS, and EA Sports customer service but none of them were able to help and kept directing me back to each other for help resolving.
