What are the best packs to buy?

Red Ronda 5000 coin packs are the best option OP. I've bought a load of the special packs and they never seem to be of the same value for money as the 5000 coin packs.

There is no point at all ever buying the crappy weight specific packs unless they are the special type. The green/grey cards are just garbage.

I have been using the Red Rhonda packs, one move eludes me.... the Switch Straight. I have only ever found it for my HW and that was after the move packs and massive pack openings of the Premium LW packs.

If I'm just using one fighter only then I always just buy the pack for the weight class I'm in.

Sometimes those premium packs don't give you the stuff for you weight class.
