The higher you get the more real fighters you fought. Also, I could care less if it takes folks longer to find fighters online. Thats not a good reason to not expand the roster. Make the menu scrolling faster.

That was a big problem with the career mode in my opinion. You would fight fake fighters until you were like top 20 or so which is fine, then you start to fight real fighters for a while but for a big part of the later stages in career mode most of the real fighters are retired and you're fighting a bunch of fake fighters which sucks imo.

Same happened for me. Fake fighters, real fighters, real fighters with crazy stats, fake fighters with crazy stats. Maybe towards retirement fake fighter stats weren't so good.

I never play online and I never play career mode. Having as big a roster as possible keeps the replay value longer because there becomes more and more match up possibilities I can play out.

But in real life, if you became a fighter today, you're unlikely to be fighting Daniel Cormier in your career unless you're a prodigy and make it to the UFC super quickly.

So maybe that's a career mode problem but I don't play career mode.

I don't my options limited just because others limit themselves to picking McGregor over and over again online.
