Biggest benefits are the reduced frames, and the damage calculation uses the stamina value you had at the beginning of the combo, where non combo shots use the stamina you have each time a strike starts.

Exactly!
This is what we needed, smart decision!

1) Less stamina = slower strikes and weaker strikes. Combo compensate loosing strike dmg from decreasing stamina, but what about speed? Does the same right for stamina based strike speed too?

2) As Combos are hardcoded (only those which are in list), does it mean that we can not create our own combos?

Will this discipline levels screen actually show a combo list?or will this be like the wrestling, clinch, submission, and reversal levels which play a short clip of what is accessible per level?

Honestly, the movesets menu has always been mediocre. Like, why not give the position in which the submissions you have are possible? You would think a d'arce choke would be available to you in sprawl position same as with the anaconda, but the only way to pull one off is via a finish the fight oportunity or in side mount bottom.

There's so very little details surrounding everything.. Hell you wouldnt even know its possible to do a reversal/counter submission unless you went in a different menu!

Judo throws level 1 : basic throws. ... Oh ok.

Judo throws level 2: intermediate throws... like for real? You wont even name the throws available nor in which positions?

Those are only exemples, but as you see its so minimal that any casual or first time player would literally have no clue of what he can or can't do unless he has the time to read the grappling hud in each position he ends up in.

Hopefully they at least made some efforts for the retail version, because in the beta and the last 2 games, you could barely feel any effort in it.
