Its no walk in the park but it can be done. But the cpu is a counter machine, you just have to mix up your feints with strike cancellation. Beat Nate on legendary.

Yea, I agree. I go with a vicious body attack all the time, and not because I’m just spamming, it’s because most people don’t care to block their body until they actually are rocked by it. But the reason I go with an attack to the body is because there is no other way to bring your opponents stamina down. I wanna play a slow paced fight and pick my shots but when your opponent can throw over 100, sometimes close to 200 strikes around and their stamina not be affected, it’s a problem. On top of that, having low stamina doesn’t truly reflect any difference until it’s fully depleted from throwing too many combos at once. As long as you have a little bit of stamina, you can do maximum damage at maximum speed until you fully deplete it, and that’s just dumb.

I agree, I fought the first 5 fights as McGregor vs Diaz and was beating Nate up big time only to have him land non power shots in the very last seconds of the round to get a flash KO. Happened 3 straight times. Conor feels so much slower compared to Nate when throwing punches. It's pretty frustrating. I can land one punch at a time but anything more and you run the risk of Nate throwing lightning fast 1-2's and rocking you. I like what they're attempting with the movement but they still need to work on striking in this game because it's not realistic.

EDIT: I just decided to fight AS Diaz for the first time and the dude is WAAAAAYYYY too overpowered in this game. You'd think he was Floyd Mayweather with how fast his punches are thrown. I whooped up Michael Chiesa with lightning fast hands. I almost felt like I was cheating with how quickly my punches were landing. Nate is a good fighter but the EA guys must be the biggest Diaz fans in the world with how good they made his striking.

It's funny cuz you would have thought Conor would have been the ridiculous op guy at LW...especially being the cover boy and all. Like where in the world did Diaz come from being this good? He makes Conor look slow with how quick he is smh. They need to lower his speed asap...it's beatable sure, but we can't have a Diaz like this in the full game lol.

Nate Diaz in the hands of a good player is a joke. If i’m not using a striker i’m screwed, and if i use a grappler and try for takedowns it won’t matter because takedowns have been nerfed like crazy while the combos ppl throw wont let my input go through because it freezes my controls.
