Yeah, some new animations, like one more from the stand up, and another from the cage-situation. Probably takes a while and requires some work but hey, it has been added before like someone stated. This would create a lot more variety. Also, i very much agree that generally, the execution speed or something, should be faster. Just so we don't have situations where the fighter's countering your jab/feint/head movement with a sick combo and mid-strike denies the takedown, where it's obvious it should be a clean TD. Feels really strange from time to time. Also widen the range maybe? Feels like you've got to get in real close to be able to do it now, which i get for the clinch game, but the TD's could become more dangerous and keep the 150-punches-a-round type guys from swinging like crazy constantly if they don't wanna take it to the ground, which they usually don't.
