Nacon Pro Controller 2 (Double Button Mapping)

Making this thread because someone here might own this controller. This controller allows you to bind 2 buttons to one of the Macro buttons on the back. (There are a total of 4).

It could make performing uppercuts much easier, I personally ran into a lot of issues throwing uppercuts, often doing a jab or a legkick instead.

Not sure if I am really ready to throw down the money for this controller but if anyone has it here, I wouldn't mind to have some insight on it.

I have extremely small hands and uppers r super easy. I’m so confused. I’d map those buttons to do the impossible 5 piece death combos tho

The double button thing makes this very tempting. And I'd rather not go back to wired controllers. I don't want more wires.

It's also very expensive...

Shaped like an xbox controller too. I used to prefer the xbox controller but I'm much more used to the PS4 one now. People on here have also said the game is easier to play with the PS4 controller.

There's this one too but it's slightly more expensive. It's also an official PS4 controller.

This controller would make uppercuts, and anything with those double button commands alot easier to do.

Theres just these 2, and then the regular Dualshock. And that's it.

Controller mapping is cheating IMO

Even the Playstation 4 OS allows users to remap their controller. I get what you are saying though, you want everyone to be on equal grounds. I can understand that. But where do you draw the line then?

I'm probably not going to get this controller. 99$ is too much for me and I don't like the reviews I've read enough for it. But it would definitely be helpful as I've often struggled with the uppercut input. It's not as responsive for me as I would like. Perhaps due to my own error.

I've often struggled with the uppercut input. It's not as responsive for me as I would like. Perhaps due to my own error.

I have issues sometimes too. Especially when I'm trying to enter tons of complex inputs. Like if I'm using a bunch of different kicks with Conor.... It's 50/50 if something will come out how I want it to.

Sometimes uppers come out as leg kicks even when I'm not tho. And throwing a leg kick when you're right in your opponents face is not the smartest idea lol. Def gonna be consequences in ranked for it

That was the worst. The amount of time that I was in a perfect place to throw a counter uppercut after ducking a overhand, and then getting a legkick.. argghhh. Those were fight-ending shots. Lol.

I believe the PS4 button mapping is only for the OS and not in game.

Found out that only v1 of this controller supports it. v2 does not. Sounds like Sony didn't like it very much after all.

v1 gets even worse reviews. Probably not buying then.
