One simple idea is having judges that prioritize different aspects. One judge may have a bias for damage whereas the other one prefers top control or whatever. Then a third judge is neutral. Personally I think it would be cool if there were different kinds of judges and they were picked at random.

Additionally, most fights have a definitive winner so you shouldn't get screwed by judges that don't have a bias towards your style all that often.
Do not agree . Let's make the game more realistic in other areas brother.

Different judges have biases though.

I had a hunch that I had heard that but I wasn't entirely sure. But thanks for confirming Alberto.

Attempting to emulate human error in videogame scoring is in fact unrealistic, because the factors that allow for human error in real life don’t exist in the game.

In real life, there are literally infinite possibilities of what can happen in a fight. A fighter may go for a move that has never been seen before, and the judges just have to make up their mind how to score it. Whereas in a videogame, any move you do already exists and is on a list somewhere. So there should be no question as to how to score a particular move.

An MMA videogame is very limited and straightforward compared to real life, and as such, the scoring can (and should) be entirely consistent and objective. I’m all for having slight variances to emulate different judges - but even these variances should be consistent and objective.
Once draws are added, a lot of terrible decisions would be fixed.
