Yeah, only for offline, if anyone's gonna do it at all. The eypokes happen when someone's extending a hand though, and we don't have that unless you attempt an SC clinch from out of range. If some kind of hand fighting makes it in UFC 4, you'd have something to cause these eyepokes, otherwise I don't really see how you can get one with the current system.

I think Fight Night Knockout Kings had low blows headbutts and kidney strikes... it added a little bit more realism to the game but at the end of the day I think that people are dicks and that it would break online gaming. So thats a NO from me.


Btw FN Knockout Kings had an awesome realistic blood flow system if I remember it right.

When people start to know they will lose the game
They will start using these cheating to reach DQ
So we have to have a setting to turn off eye poke and low blows

I get the impression yall want them for the sake of having them.

Can't say I have any desire to include them since they'll be either useless or strong enough to actually influence the match which would be awful. I doubt UFC would be fond of it either as it indirectly promotes cheating as a part of the sport.

Yeah, I agree. I just responded wanting to say that if they're going to add such a thing at all it should be strictly for offline.

By the way, on FIFA you can turn the handball option on for any area on the pitch or everywhere apart from the box. A player gets penalised every time the ball touches their hand. So in this case, the ref should deduct a point every single time and perhaps even DQ a guy after 2 offenses in order to not promote any leniency. Again, this is strictly for offline.

I also am not dying to have such an option available but if it's for offline sim and and it works as well as the handball in FIFA I can live with it. You do need outstretched arms to do it though. Now, cuts having a significant effect on fights sounds much more interesting, not just for offline but for online too, potentially. Targeting cuts, protecting them, making a small one a big one through deliberate action, etc.

But yeah, I can't say groin strikes and eyepokes truly add anything exciting, they ruin fights and are illegal. But I do get it for offline sim.
