From what I can gather, he is saying that he would like "no audience mode" since the next couple of UFC events will have no audience. Then he also asks if the base consoles can get a 60fps mode on these stadiums with no audience (assuming removing the audience would allow base consoles to achieve 60 fps).

Then he says he would like this to be an update for EA UFC 3, since he is tired of waiting for EA UFC 4.

I don't think there is any need for this. This no audience thing won't last for too long,plus you can just mute the crowd if that helps.

It's not about audio its about frames per secondhand increasing response time

I highly, highly doubt removing the crowd will buff the FPS on base consoles 30fps.
