Bail on a TD into OU, hit a two piece head hook combo. No one blocks this. They are surprised and worried about the takedown.

Eventually they start blocking the head, you can then go for a takedown of your choice (or throw a free body knee if you want to strike).

Works like a charm and undoubtedly the easiest set up for takedowns.

Establish a pattern, use your opponent’s own pattern recognition against them. It’s a strategy as old as time.

Wait so doing a hook in over Under takes you out of over under so you can strike , like breaking off the clinch ?

Simple just initiate clinch - throw a strike to the head and wait for them to block.

Then take them down once their hand comes up

Yes, any strike instantly breaks it when you’re in DOM OU.
