Well….my guess is the patches are starting to die down. I haven’t received any official word about the end of patches but we are about a year from release so I doubt many more are coming.

Honestly I was surprised we got this many.

I can't really get mad at the selection of DLC we got and if the game can somehow come out in the next 12 months, then they've filled the gaps somewhat nicely in the roster.

Adding Bronson is just funny cause it's one of those "I just can't understand who this appeals to but I guess it does somehow" kind of moves.

This addition certainly sends a clear message about where the developers' priorities lie. Don't even know what else to say at this point, except that I am not optimistic about the future of this series.

To many it would seem silly but to me I play a lot of standing fights, it seems fatal to me that they do not fix the end of the fight now in a standing fight, where it is not seen how the hand of the winner of the fight is raised, and If I put it in championship mode, you don't even see the cinematic scene where the winner is put on the belt, from the repetitions of the fight it jumps to a fixed screen for the rematch, statistics of the fight and other options, if it says there who won it, but really in a very cold way, I hope they fix this, because before you could see these scenes.

Another thing I would like is that they let the CAFs have more options to change uniforms before Venum as it happens with licensed fighters, or to combine other uniforms that we have obtained in challenges or buying them.

I have no idea if this is the last patch or not but I dont think either of these things are that high on the patch fixes list. The remaining team working on the game seem to be focused on gameplay fixes and not cosmetic fixes like this.

I wouldnt go that far. There is a reason why Bronson was added but I dont think I'm clear to speak on it. I will say that the devs did commit alot of time to adding him into the game so its not like they were choosing between adding Bronson vs. Islam M. or another missing fighter.

We have to start to accept that the team is pivoting toward the next game. It may not be now but I dont think we are far off.

Here is some more context:

We would like to provide some additional context around today's update to try and answer some of the questions coming in from the community.

The addition of Action Bronson to the UFC 4 roster was done via a fighter update and not a traditional patch. This is a situation where his model was previously started and uploaded to the game but never finalized due to a shift in focus to adding licensed UFC fighters. Since the model was pre-existing, we were able to unlock it through a fighter update with minimal resources versus a traditional patch. This also allowed the team to focus their resources on the community requested gameplay updates that were included in today's update (listed below for continuity):

GAMEPLAY COMMUNITY FEEDBACK TUNER
- Fixed issue where body crane kicks could track side lunges.
- Fixed issue in crucifix, that allowed submission entries to override
transitions.
- Slightly decreased the strength of the following submissions:
- Rear Naked Choke from Back Sitting
- Armbar from Postured Full Mount
- Armbar from Full Mount
- Triangle Armbar from Full Mount
- Armbar from Side Saddle
- Arm Triangle from Side Saddle
- North South Choke from North South
- Windshield Choke from North South
- Gogoplata from Rubber Guard
- Moderately decreased the strength of the Gogoplata from Full Mount.
- Severely decreased the strength of the Guillotines from the Clinch.
