Is high block going to be tweaked?

Slightly buff the damage blocking does to the arms. Buff bleed through damage on red arms for hooks and all power head kick strikes.

This is probably the wrong thread so feel free to re-direct me.

I was unaware blocks had a negative impact on submission defense. Anyone know that what extent, and how to gauge this? And if high block impacts submission defense, does this apply equally to blocking the stomach? How about leg checks, do you become more easily leg locked for the very few fighters with leg attacks (which I can't find btw)?
