someone give me any advice on how to deal with it... been losing to guys that throw nothing but this combo...

Most reliable is probably to slip to the outside and counter with an uppercut.

Unless you are shorter than your opponent, in which case duck and uppercut is still your best bet.

Edit: Stationary uppercut intercept is good as well if you can anticipate it coming.

Thats your first problem, why did you jump right into ranked knowing the mechanics are different ? Play quick match and lab it out man.

Was running into it pre patch.. just didnt get around to making a post..
