High kick catches

Its an actual thing. I've seen fights where people catch high kicks (unusually front kicks) that resulted in a take down. I don't know how it would work, but would this be a good idea for a patch or next installment of UFC? (if we get one) I'd imagine that this wouldn't be something that happens from simply blocking a high kick. I'm thinking it would have to be a modifier, that should be dangerous if not timed well...
