I never got an email with my key either. What I did is this. ...... go to your account at the online store you bought it. Click on resend confirmation email and then that new email should contain your key. Worked for me.

I ordered from GamesPlanet and the key worked fine, but then they wanted a serial number and that kept not authorizing, anyone else have these issues? I am waiting to hear back from their support. WOnder if it has anything to do with US versus UK release dates?

no issue here. I used the same key to activate it and also as the serial number. No problem with the UK/USA release date either. Hopefully you get it sorted out.

Ordered it without an account as it gave me that option. No word from customer support but I supposed I shouldn't be surprised that it's the usual balls-up by Konami. When it comes to marketing and basic customer service (or getting rosters that aren't 8 months out of date) they rival the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation.

At this rate I'll end up looking for the pirate copy so I can play my purchased copy.

Doug, if you have the installed the copy you have purchased, use a no-dvd exe. I tried running my exe after putting in the key and it asked for my disc. I haven't bought too many games outside of steam, but I was shocked to see that message. I bought it digitally, I don't have a damn disc! LOL

I will send you a PM with a link, as even though I believe it is legal since you have a purchased copy, I don't want to push the envelope just in case they don't agree on this site. Also edit your post and remove the p word in your last sentence.

Thanks, that worked, I think it was mostly my fault since you guys figured it out, but they kept showing me a serial number below the box, I thought that was the number they wanted me to enter, I should have at least tried the key code, but I was getting frustated.

Now I am playing it on my IMAC with my 360 controller, kind of odd.

Thanks very much but the customer support people have resolved the problem and I now have my download link and code waiting for me at home. Looking forward to installing and playing as I've always liked the dynamism of PES better than FIFA (although I feel that both games are very good).
