It's not G 'N R without Izzy. His contribution to the songwriting was immeasurable. Slash was all flash and chops, while Izzy was the musical bedrock of that band.

I agree to that, but they all fed of each other. I think you need all 3 to make it a great comeback! Izzy just got tire of all the crap Axel pull and slash was the only one who would call Axel on it. Still the music they did put out will always be my favorite. I still listen to those albums lol CD's. Coma is still one of my favorites.

Eddie hasn't wanted Mike in the band since at least the Diver Down record. "Lost" interviews come out all the time and show Ed to be the arrogant @$$ that we all now know. He felt, back then, that Mike added nothing to the band, and that he could be easily replaced. What Ed will never understand is the importance of chemistry in a band, and without the only level-headed VH member, this reunion should be quite a bonanza.
