The Riddler would be perfect if the make him out to be like the Zodiac Killer.

And I think Depp would be perfect. I don't think anyone had Heath Leger pop in their heads when the word Joker came up and yet he did a masterful job.
Who's to say Depp doesn't do the same.
The only other guy I think could really be creepy as this role would be Ben Foster.
He was downright psychotic in Alpha Dog and 3:10 to Yuma.
