Was Landry playing offensive line?
Haven't seen the new season (stupid DirecTV deal), but I thought I recall him playing a little LB, and TE. Shifting him around again?

When you see what happens in the first episode you will know why.

Re: Friday Night Lights Season 4

Wow. I missed this show so, so, so much. I just want to experience the whole season right now, just be a part of that world. The way that it's so much more than just a show about football is my favorite part. I feel like I know these people as real people, not characters through a TV screen.

It makes me sick to see what Dillon High is/has turned into. But it's so true to life, the huge difference between two schools in the same town. You see it all of the time throughout this country of ours.

While I can see some definite storylines already, what excites me the most is finding out what is in store for the show beyond what we saw or foreshadowed in this one episode.

Easily, far and away, my favorite, and dare I say, THE BEST show on television currently and over the past few years.

You are so correct on every point.

I admit I had the perception of this show as being a teenage soap opera. I started watching the first season on Hulu just to check it out and was hooked from the opening scene. So, to catch up to the beginning of last season I conducted many a FNL marathons. So (last season) and this season I am going an episode at a time, and it kills me.

Am I the only one who watched the Wire? I'm happy as hell to see my boy Wallace get a role.
